Excellent experience, hotel with attention to the smallest details, fantastic staff, services and cuisine! A special mention to Matteo, you can see that he loves his job and treats customers like real guests. My partner and I stayed here this weekend for our anniversary and we will definitely be back!

We had a week's vacation in the beautiful Burggräflerhof. It was wonderful. Service really excellent and the food is 🌟 suspect. Good location for hiking. Great swimming pool and very good sauna. The beauty treatment was also excellent. Very good price-performance ratio. Thanks to the entire hotel team for this lovely week.

Excellent hotel with outstanding cuisine About the food: The courses, their order, the portions, the workmanship and presentation are excellent. The photos are representative of all meals (dinner) eaten. The cuisine is regional and national at the same time. We have never eaten so well. About the hotel: Typical regional architecture with an outstanding location. Guest parking spaces. Merano can be reached on foot in 20-30 minutes. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. We had a suite on the second floor for three days. Very good facilities and well-kept furniture from the 90s. If Merano, then here again.

Early June, three days of complete relaxation. Indoor garage connected to the hotel. Very pleasant welcome, precise and very helpful with all our requests. Room with every comfort, sitting room and very large bathroom. Stunning view of the valley surrounded by mountains. Very nice spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a splendid, very well-kept garden. Dinner with refined dishes and a nice buffet. We had a great time and the staff were really kind and attentive. A twenty minute walk from Merano. Access, lifts and spacious bathrooms also make it ideal for disabled people.

We spent a wonderful time with you (August, September 23). The location of the hotel is great, service is great, cleanliness is great, great atmosphere, pleasant guests and the absolute blast is the food. Very special praise to Maria and Manuel (1A service - the dog also feels comfortable here) Thank you very much Mattheo, we would love to come back!!!!
